We collect information you provide directly when you register for SourceLeads, including your name, email address, and account credentials. We also collect usage data — search queries, lead interactions, and feature usage — to improve the service and your experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to provide and improve our services, process subscription payments, send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts), and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Lead Data Sources

Business information in our lead database is sourced exclusively from publicly available directories — Google Places, Yelp, the NPI Registry, and SAM.gov. This data represents publicly listed business information and does not include private personal information. You are responsible for using exported lead data in compliance with applicable laws (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR where applicable).

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit and encryption at rest. Account access is managed through Clerk authentication with multi-factor authentication available. Our database uses Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure complete data isolation between accounts.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use session cookies required for authentication and functionality. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Basic analytics may be collected to understand feature usage and improve the product.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal account data at any time by contacting us. You can export your leads data at any time from the dashboard. To delete your account entirely, contact NuStack Digital Ventures support.
